For the last 10 years, I have coached hundreds of high-achieving humans to shift from feeling stuck, self doubt, or “impostor syndrome” to create a fulfilling, meaningful lives and impactful careers — while aligning with who they really are and what matters most to them.

My signature coaching approach creates lasting transformation by identifying and shifting core beliefs, mindsets, and behaviors that create extraordinary results clarity, focus, ease, and grace.

With more than a decade of experience, Mary has coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide and built leadership programs that have scaled to thousands. At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, Germany, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s first Leadership Foundations Program.

Mary’s work combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact.
