Hi, I’m Mary Candice

I am a coach & facilitator of transformation. I’m dedicated to supporting ambitious people who are making a meaning impact in the world to expand their potential and achieve their dreams.

I work with executives, high-potential leaders, founders, investors, and creative visionaries to create better than imaged lives and results.

As an L&D leader, I’ve built global leadership programs at companies like LinkedIn, Uberall, and Ripple, and designed transformative experiences for teams and organizations around the world.

I believe that each of us already has the inner wisdom, unique gifts, and a capacity to lead. When you tap into this clarity of who you really are, it unlocks energy, new possibility, and the path becomes clear of what to do next.

I bring 15+ years of experience in coaching and leadership development. I am an ICF-certified coach with a background spanning somatics, technology, learning and development, psychology, and experience design.

I live between the Sierra foothills of California and the jungle of Costa Rica with my beloved life partner.

Mary Shindler is a leadership development expert, master facilitator, and speaker who partners with with bold leaders at mission-driven organizations that know that people, teams, and culture are key to success. She has designed and facilitated transformative, human-centered learning programs for Fortune 100 companies, high-growth startups, and global organizations.

With more than a decade of experience, Mary has coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide and built leadership programs that have scaled to thousands. At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, Germany, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s first Leadership Foundations Program.

Mary’s work combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact. She is passionate about transforming the future of work and has partnered with organizations across industries to build programs that drive both human connection and business results.
