Mary Shindler is a leadership development expert, master facilitator, and speaker who partners with with bold leaders at mission-driven organizations that know that people, teams, and culture are key to success. With more than a decade of experience, Mary has coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide and built leadership programs that have scaled to thousands. At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, Germany, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s first Leadership Foundations Program.
Mary’s work combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact.
