Hi, I’m Mary Candice
I’m a seeker of truth and explorer of life’s mysteries. I’m deeply dedicated to human transformation and potential, especially when it comes to women leading as who we really are.
As a coach, I partner with my clients to help them find their authentic expression of who they really are, produce radical shifts in their lives, and design a life and career that is fulfilling and makes an impact in the world.
My clients range from empathic leaders inside high-growth tech companies, to ambitious venture-backed founders, to social change activists and world-class creative visionaries.
My signature approach is a customized development curriculum of identifying and shifting core beliefs, learning a simple set of leadership skills, and alchemizing shame and self-doubt into confidence and courageous action. I call this: living in coherence. It’s the deeply human experience of waking up with enthusiasm and ending each day knowing that you did what you came here to do.
My coaching style has been described as “fierce love”, which blends exploration of possibility, clear-eyed accountability, and a true coming home to yourself.
I live between the Sierra foothills of California and the jungle of Costa Rica. I’m available to meet with clients virtually and in person.

At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, Germany, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s first Leadership Foundations Program.
Mary’s work combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact.
