Mary Shindler is a leadership development expert, master facilitator, and speaker who partners with with bold leaders at mission-driven organizations that know that people, teams, and culture are key to success. With more than a decade of experience, Mary has coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide and built leadership programs that have scaled to thousands. At LinkedIn, she designed and facilitated global Learning & Development programs that reached over 18,000 employees. Most recently, she built the Learning & Development function from the ground up at Uberall, a global tech company of 450 people in Berlin, Germany, where she launched manager training, executive coaching, and the company’s first Leadership Foundations Program.
Mary’s work combines neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and deep self-awareness to help leaders expand their capacity, lead with authenticity, and create lasting impact. She is passionate about transforming the future of work and has partnered with organizations across industries to build programs that drive both human connection and business results.
Qualifications
Mary is a certified professional coach with nearly a decade of experience who has worked with hundreds of senior level leaders. She completed a year-long certification program with the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Mary is also certified in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) by Korn Ferry and Dan Goleman. In her commitment to personal growth, she has completed thousands of hours of training in yoga, embodiment, conscious dance, mindfulness, mystery schools, conscious leadership, and spirituality over the last 20 years.
Since 2011, Mary has designed and facilitated hundreds of trainings, workshops, and programs for groups ranging from 5 to 500 participants across the globe. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies, global nonprofits, VC firms and high-growth startups, and supported individuals at all levels of the organization.
